HIV risk Toronto

On 20 May 2012 I have an unprotected sex exposure with CSW in Toronto. After like 2 days I develop stomach related problem like acid reflux, loose stools and fatigue and loose of appetite many of the symptoms I am still facing many of these symptoms. After 2 weeks of exposure I got viral throat infection/sore throat, few swollen lymph nodes submandibular area [2 cm size] and 2 small just palpate able on sides of neck, headache, stiff neck, fatigue.Sore throat sustain for like 3-4 weeks in on/off situation. On 7th week I started taking Olive leaf extract which really worked I get rid of stiff neck, fatigue and on/off sore throat.Today 13 Aug 2012 I have only one swollen lymph node submandibular area on left side the right side lymph nodes got fixed and returned to normal, and 2 remain small just palpate able on sides of neck.I never had fever or rash after exposure. The following are my test detailsAfter 6 Weeks : INSTI (NON-REACTIVE)After 9 Weeks : INSTI (NON-REACTIVE)After 76 days: CBC (All normal ranges), Monospot(Negative)After 79 days:Anti HlV (NON REACTIVE) Cutoff rate: 1.0 Patient Rate : 0.34NOTE: Test to be considered "Reactive" if patient rate is equal to or greater than cutoff rate.COMMENTS: Anti HIV is a chemiluminescent mictroparticle enzyme immunoassay for the simultaneous qualitative detection of HIV p24 antigen and antibodies to human immunodeficiency virus type 1 and/or type 2 in human serum.Method: Test is performed on architect instrument employing chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay (CMIA).
My questions are1)    What are my chances to be HIV infected?2)    Shall I consider further testing for HIV?3)    What shall I do if my lymph nodes in neck remain swollen?4)    Can olive leaf extract delay HIV testing window period?

Very High Risk Situation...

I am writing to you regarding my possible exposure to HIV. While travelling in Australia, I was extremely intoxicated and was taken to a brothel in one of Sydney's most seediest areas (Kings Cross). The CSW proceeded to remove the condom after 5 minutes and, regrettably, I continued. We then proceeded to have unprotected anal sex.
I then had a high fever at 4 weeks post exposure which included harsh cough, nausea and vomitting. Then 4 weeks later I experienced muscle pains, aching joints, chronic fatigue, swollen lymph nodes in groin and had developed a nasty staph infection on my right leg (which has still not healed 8 months later), as well as about 20 other non healing skin lesions.
I had a fourth generation duo test at 11 weeks post exposure which was non reactive. However, I tested positive for Ross River Virus and Barmah Forrest Virus which are mosquito borne autoimmune diseases as I had been bitten a fair bit in that time period. A week after this I then noticed genital warts had appeared on my penis and my doctor told me that I should be re tested for HIV after 6 months due to the non healing staph/sores and warts.
I flew home to the UK and went straight to the GUM clinic where I believe a 2nd generation test was used at 20 weeks post exposure. It came back negative and I was over the moon, however, began to have doubts upon reading how auto immune disorders can affect HIV test accuracy amongst other things. Upon visiting the doctors I was also told I had contracted salmonella somewhere along the way.
So my question is, after the extremely high risk exposure, and all the infections that I had managed to pick up, are my two tests finally conclusive? This has been a complete nightmare of a time for myself and my family and would be extremely grateful for any feedback you could provide me with.
Thank you for your time.

I had an unprotected sex with a sex worker (07-august-2012) who has a great chance for hiv+. she is also saying that she has a chance for that and she has frequent fever and illness for last 4 mounts.
I am going to do a gynocomastia surgery on 23 - august- 2012. before that i want to know weather i am infected with hiv or not. IS HIV & Proviral DNA PCR TEST can detect the hiv after 7 days?
the result will be available only after 10 days.
or which test can give an accurate result after 7 days of exposure.

4th generation tests

Hello to all of you and thanks ofr all the support you provide in here,
Just a question: Are there any HIV AG/AB tests available in the market that are not 4th generation tests? Or all tests that combine P24 with antibodies are 4th generation tests?
Again Thank you

Contact with the vaginal fluid of the penis

Firest of all, thank you very much for your help in advanced.
26 days ago, I was with a woman who has touched her vagina for the purpose of sexual foreplay and then I wore a condom and masturbated and then took off the condom by my hand, which was a little wet from vaginal fluid.
I checked with doctor and I did urine analysis and RPR and it was all negative, and he told me I should not worry about HIV and no need for HIV test. I am married person and till now I could not touch my wife. My questions:-
1- am I at risk of HIV?
2- shall I follow doctor advise to not doing a test?
3- is combo test enough to know after 26 days of the sexual event?

ELISA 4th generation - Lili

I have been to test after 6 weeks. It was negative. Can it be, tghat I were at the test exactly that time when p24 was already not present and the antibodies not present yet? I fear so much, I am at 10th week, still have some rashes, which appeares e.g. last evening ( 4 in my arms ) and almost disappered for the morning. And I have sometimes higjet temperature ( 37 degrees. ) Can my test be false negative?

4th generation combo test

I have 2-step questions I hope you can help me.
1. I did the 4th generation test on the 25th day after the possible exposure and the result is negative. I had sore throat during the 2nd and 3rd week, so I was very anxious. Could I at least exclude the symptom caused by HIV? If the symptom is caused by HIV, the test on antigens can be detected, right?
2. My possible exposure was breast sex and hand job by a sex worker. I also took a bath with her. No oral, vagina, and anal sex was performed. According to the risk assessment, it is no risk. Should I go for another test?
