Oral Sex

Oral and fingering risk

Before sex and after sex, I brushed my teeth a bit too hard, and I could taste my own blood. I performed oral sex on a girl with unknown status, and I also deep fingered her. The day before, I cut my nails too deep and it bleed a little. I am WSW, but she had a few male and female partner before. Not too sure if relevant, but she also always brush her teeth after and before sex. Around two weeks after, I feel muscle ache that lasted for a day, and I got persistent sore throat that lasted almost a month.Should I get tested?

unprotected fellatio

Dear Doctor, I'm a male from Romania and I'm 52 years old.
About one month ago I had got a fellatio from a prostitute.
I had some inflamation on my penis and the oral was about 30 seconds.
She had some signs on her back.
After 11 days I had a sore throat which it hasn't even passed now.
What should I do? I think a have HIV.
Please answer me.

19 years

Around 19 years ago, I had a sexual encounter with another guy of unknown
status. No anal intercourse, just mutual masturbation and unprotected oral
sex. He cum on my face resulting some of his semen splashed on my lips and
mouth, which I spat. At the point I thought that any CBC would include hiv
test so I have been tested blood every two-three years since the incident,
all my White cell count and lymphocite cellcount have result in normal range
since them, all other parametres as well. After that encounter I always had
safer sex ( mutual masturbation and sometimes protected anal intercourse,
wirh me being the insertive). However, I can remebme that after few months of
that incident ( 3 or four months) I started feelings my lymph nodes become
enlarged ( That ist hereasonI tested the first time, I thought any blood test
would include hiv test). Obviosly on my CBC result a bout hiv, which did not
appeared so I asume It was negative ( mistake) and all parametres were in
range. After that I decided to get a CBC more frequently. All parametres has
been ok ,even my GP has congratulated my because all the results.
The point is that I realised few months ago that a simple CBC does not
include hiv test, and I rembember that a few months after the incident suffer
several lymh nodes in neck and armpit during almost one year.
As I have said after that I always practiced safer sex ( mutual masturbation
and occasionally protected insertive anal sex), so I guess my only risk
exposure was the one I related. It ispossible to be infected and asymptomatic
after almost that period oftime.

Unprotected Oral Sex and kissing with Canker Sores

Does receiving unprotected Oral sex (blow job) from a woman of unknown HIV status warrant for a HIV test. I know it is a low risk scenario but should I go for HIV testing to relieve myself of anxiety. I also deep kissed here and realized that I had a small canker sore inside my lower lip, if she had any blood in her mouth, will it increase my risk of contracting the virus. There was no vaginal and anal intercourse, we just performed the above mentioned acts. This was my first sexual experience in life, can it be a reason I am so anxious. The girl has been messaging me to have sex but I have been avoiding her just because she had multiple partners and I don't know how to ask her about her HIV status. One of the reason of avoiding her is my anxiety of STDs as well. I feel so guilty of my already unprotected exposure that I don't even want to have protected sex.

Un Protected oral sex cum in mouth

I am male, had oral sex with women, Women is performing me a blowjob and I ejaculate in her mouth, I bought a self HIV test to check her status at morning on finding, she is HIV negative, she told me that she had sex 10 days ago with another man, without using condom, what are the chances of getting HIV infection, to me, if women get HIV infected from that man or in incubation period with that man?

Can there be an HIV and Gonorrhea transmission at the same time through saliva?

Hello and good day!

I had an unprotected insertive oral sex with a man whom I didn't know the HIV status. After 2 days, I noticed a discharge being secreted by my penis. I immediately went to my doctor and he said that I probably got this through unprotected insertive oral sex. At the moment, I am not in my medication for my discharge. He also recommended to have my HIV test after 6 weeks. Here are my questions and hoping that you'll consider anwering them.

1. Is it possible to acquire HIV through saliva and insertive oral sex?

2. Can the gonorrhea bacteria and HIV virus combine at the same time that I may possibly also be infected by both?

Thank you very much for considering my inquiry. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Gavin: HIV risk unprotected oral sex with sexual worker

Hi, I had unprotected oral sex with a sexual worker 3 and a half weeks ago. I had a small sore on my penis during that time which is recovering. the whole process is like 1 minute and I did not ejaculate in her mouth. She is sucking and spiting the fluid in a bin. Before the oral I washed my penis and she washed her mouth with listerine mouth wash. I had a sore throat 2 weeks after that and it last only for a few days. Now I have this feeling of a lump under my jaw which is roughly 1-2 cm i think. It is not painful but I am worrying that I might contract HIV from the unprotected oral through my penis sore. I am feeling very anxious now and I don't know what can I do. Can you please give me some advice on my risk of contracting HIV through the sore and the timing that I have to do a screening test? Thank you.

John (Protected Sex)

I went to a massage parlor which had a Thai therapist. We have sex with condom on but I didn’t finish (although she finished multiples times).
Condom (which was half way on the dick as the condom was little lose. She removed the condom and gave me a blow job. She cut my penis head as she was wearing braces (this I later realized). Finally she gave me an oil hand job.
Now I am scared that I may have gotten hiv as when she removed the condom the bodily fluids from sex might have been there on my penis and then she gave me a blow job with a cut on my penis. Might have exposed my penis blood stream to the virus.
Is there any chances I could get hiv from this??.
I am really worried couldn’t sleep for days

Negative test

Hello. I am male. I received oral sex from a guy who is HIV positive. It last no more than 30 seconds. That was all. I waited 40 days and then I did test 4 generation Ab/Ag. It was negative. I read that after 6 weeks negative result is conclusive. Should I test again after 12 weeks?
Best regards!

Nervous about Frottage and Oral Sex at a Massage

First, I would like to thank you very much in the case my post is read and answered by your great team and also apologize for being so bad at English as I come from an Asian country.
So here's my case: about 19 days ago I went for a hot Massage service and as I was in the bathtub (there are some water filled in the bath), the girl did slide up on me and did some frottage and I was not sure if my tip of the penis had contacted her vaginal fluid or not as I was in the blind spot and everything was so wet (i believe i had no pain or scratches on my penis that night as i felt no pain on it). Then she finished with a Blowjob later on the massage bed. I was really worried about it and go for a quick test and be prescribed with PEP by a doctor with the first dose at hour 66th after the case. So it is now my 17th day with PEP and I'm still using it strictly but a few days around i got the worse sore throat ever with a lot of pain on my left neck and shoulder and I'm even more scared as it was so alike with the early symptoms of the infection (I however haven't caught any fever yet). Although I had came back to meet the girl that night and ask for her HIV status and she said she was negative but refused to provide evidence so it did not mean much to me.
So here are my questions:
1. How risky was my case to be exposed to HIV (wet frottage in the bath and a blowjob) as I have been so worried with my extreme sore throat and muscle aches on my left upper part.
2. Can PEP really help much with a possible exposure at hour 66th so close to the deadline 72 hours.
3. Are my symptoms showing that my immune system is being affected by the virus?
I would be so thankful if my questions can be helped soon. Sincerely.
