HIV transmission from bodily fluids passing through clothing

Question:

Hello,

I am 35 male, i am non-American, incase of mistake in communication apologies.

I am having a hpv genital ward on shaft portion. I recently went to strip club and took a vip. I was wearing only a cotton workout dress, no underwear. The lady was naked and rubbing butt and front of her continues 15 min. I had pre cum, not sure if she passed fluid on me.

My doubts are, if she have hiv or any other std, can it pass through my pants to wart and virus infect me? It was paining when she rubbed as she was very much close to my parts. Not only wart am i at a risk of getting virus infected like this?

Answer:

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. From my understanding, you were asking about the possibility of contracting HIV from an infected person's bodily fluids passing through your clothing and coming into contact with a genital wart on your penis.

This scenario is determined to carry no risk of HIV transmission, meaning transmission of HIV is not possible in the given scenario.

The HIV transmission equation requires a bodily fluid, an activity, and direct access to the blood stream. In your situation, the activity portion of this equation does not meet criteria for transmission. Bodily contact through clothing does not carry a risk of HIV transmission.

Recommendation: No need for HIV test with the scenario provided, refer to a physician for other health related questions.
