Cunnilings risk

Question:

Hello, you guys are doing a great job.
Here is my problem. I Went to a strip club few weeks ago. The stripper performed unprotected fellatio on me and I performed unprotected cunnilings on her and then we had a condom protected sex and there was no breakage. Since there was no risk of HIV in blowjob and protected sex,iam worried about cunnilings. During cunnilings I just licked the clitoris like 20seconds while I fingered her. My tounge never entered her vagina. I never had an std and there were no major wounds in my mouth. Will get infected. Thanks in advance.

Answer:

Hi there, thanks for contacting the AIDS Vancouver helpline with your HIV related questions/concerns. We're happy to help!

Giving oral sex is considered a Low Risk Activity. What that means is that although there have been a few reports of infection in this manner, they're usually under certain identifiable conditions, such as in this case, having large wounds from a dental surgery in your mouth. Since this is not the case, your risk is greatly diminished, and testing isn't likely required for this incident.

If you're concerned, an HIV test is the only way to be certain, but I wouldn't say that it's necessary in this case, as your risk level was very low.

I hope this helped!

Sincerely,

Christina
