Two days before, i had a sex with a sex worker. She enclosed my penis with double condom. She had a oral sex with condom only. I inserted my penis inside her vagina, he done a hand job for me after that, i got ejaculated, but i am not sure his vaginal fluids came out from his vagina or not. It recommended for me to take test for HIV?

I would like to begin by saying that HIV does not discriminate based on age, sex, race, occupation or socio-economic status. A commercial sex worker is no more likely to be HIV positive than anyone else. Most commercial sex workers know their HIV status and receive regular testing for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections.
Engaging in protected anal or vaginal intercourse is considered a low risk for the transmission of HIV. This means there have only been a few reported cases of transmission occurring this way, and usually under specific circumstances, such as having a pre-existing, untreated sexually transmitted infection and the improper use of a condom.
Receiving oral sex is considered a negligible risk for the transmission of HIV. This means there has never been a reported case of HIV being transmitted in this way.
Receiving a hand job is considered no risk for the transmission of HIV.
It is great that you were using condoms and taking care of your sexual health. In the future I would recommend using only one condom at a time, as using two can caused increased friction between them, and increase the risk of one of them breaking.
If you feel anxious regarding this encounter you can receive testing, which is considered conclusive 3 months post-exposure, provided there have been no subsequent exposures.
