Hand job with injured penis

Question:

Dear Sir, recently I was in spa center, after getting full body massage the girl offer hand job. I lay flat on my back. She put her hands over- squeeze - my pen*s and scrotum using oil till I cum. She didn't suck my pen*s and I didn't perform oral sex on her only sucking here breasts. I did not touch her vagina. And that was it, no penetration into her, I know it may sound silly but is there any risk of contracting HIV or any STDs from this encounter. Especially if I may get injured in my pen*s during masturbating by her hand and i was not using condom. Thanks for the time to answer this question

Answer:

Hi there, and thanks a lot for contacting the AIDS Vancouver Helpline for your HIV/AIDS related health information. It seems you have a question about the risks involved in a recent encounter. We're happy to answer your question for you.

Her giving you a handjob, and you sucking on her breasts are no no risk activities. No risk means it is not possible for HIV to transmit this way. To understand why, we encourage you to check out our transmission equation:

HIV TRANSMISSION EQUATION

BODY FLUID
+
ACTIVITY
+
DIRECT ACCESS TO BLOODSTREAM
• blood (including menstrual) • unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse • vagina
• semen • sharing needles • anus
• pre-cum • mother to child (in specific cases) • urethra in the penis
• rectal secretions • open cuts and sores (in theory)
• vaginal fluids • other mucosal membranes
• breast milk • points of needle injection

= RISK OF HIV TRANSMISSION

You'll see that required for transfer are all of a fluid known to be involved in transfer, an activity known to be involved in transfer, and direct access to the bloodstream. These activities do not provide any of these things, so are no risk.

As for STIs, we at AIDS Vancouver are trained only on providing information on the HIV/AIDS, and not STIs. For information on STIs, we encourage you to check out one of our favourite resources at SmartSex.

Thanks for contacting the AIDS Vancouver Helpline with your questions, we hope they've been answered fully.
