75 days(post pep) = antigen - 0.03 ,antigen - 0
120 days(post pep) = antigen -0.03,antigen -not determinable
what is my hiv status .Do i need to do any test further .Kindly answer I am nervous about it.

Answer:

Hi there,

Thank you for your inquiry. From what we gather from the question, you were asking about the conclusiveness of the 4 HIV test's you have received.

"Not determinable" represents an invalid test in which the value cannot be calculated. There are a variety of reasons for this result, but since the antibody value of your test represents a negative test, it is likely that the value for the antigen is below the testing threshold.

Official HIV testing guidelines still recommend re-testing at 12 weeks for completely conclusive results (1). Because your 120 day (post pep) test has proven that your antibody level is negative, and you are well past the recommended confirmative testing period, you may consider this to be a negative HIV testing result.

Recommendation: No need for further HIV testing with the scenario provided, refer to a physician for other health related questions.

All the best,
