hiv test and symptomps

hello.

1 year ago i had a risk ,protected vaginal sex and protected oral sex.
i get tetsed hiv ab/ag 1 month , 4 month and 7 month after my risk and all of them are negative,but i have symptomps like mouth ulcer(in my lip and my tongue),pain in Lymph nodes,night sweat these symptomps are wtih me since i had that risk!
is there any possible that i have hiv?
why i have these symptomps?
if u search about mouth ulcer in internet you will see the first symptomps of hiv is mouth ulcers!

Most HIV specialists consider the P24 Antigen DUO test conclusive at 6 weeks. Official HIV testing guidelines still recommend re-testing at 12 weeks for completely conclusive results. Accuracy is 99.9%.
