Thank you for your inquiry. From what we gather from the question, you were asking about whether you are at a risk of acquiring HIV from protected vaginal and oral sex and the nature of your symptoms. From the information given, this scenario is determined to be Low Risk. Evidence of transmission occurs through these activities when certain conditions are met (E.g :Due to improper use and potential breakage of the condom).
Most HIV specialists consider the P24 Antigen DUO test conclusive at 6 weeks. Official HIV testing guidelines still recommend re-testing at 12 weeks for completely conclusive results. Accuracy is 99.9%. Since you already did test negative using the P24 Antigen test, the symptoms you are experiencing can be due or explained by other causes (other viral infections or infectious diseases) with the assumption that you did not involve in any other high risk activity after this previous exposure.
Recommendation: No need for HIV re-test. Refer to a physician for other personalized questions.
