Thank you for your inquiry. From what we gather from the question, you were asking about whether you are at a risk of acquiring HIV from performing oral sex and having protected vaginal intercourse and the conclusiveness of the HIV test results. From the information given, this scenario is determined to be Low Risk because there is an exchange of body fluids (Evidence of transmission occurs through protected vaginal intercourse and performing oral sex without a barrier when certain conditions are met) For E.g. improper use and potential breakage of the condom.

P24 Antigen Test: The antigen on HIV that most commonly provokes an antibody response is the protein P24. This tests looks for this protein. Window Period: The antigen portion of the test is detectable immediately after infection (3-4 days post exposure) for the first 2-4 weeks. The antibody portion of the test is detectable from 3-4 weeks on wards. Most HIV specialists consider this "DUO" test conclusive at 6 weeks. Official HIV testing guidelines still recommend re-testing at 12 weeks for completely conclusive results. Accuracy is 99.9%

In this scenario the Western blot test performed; was non reactive (which is considered to be "gold standard" for confirmation of HIV infection) The P24 Antigen test was performed at 86 days that falls within the 12 week period which is considered to be conclusive.

Recommendation : Refer to a physician for other health related questions.
