Kisisng and mutual masturbation

I'm a very anxious person, I haven't had any contact with other people except shaking hands since 2016, afraid of get aids. 2 negative test In 2 years, however, yesterday I tried to fix this situation, and do some kissing (lips, barely touching tongues), and mutual masturbation (he didn't eyaculated, maybe just pre). He touched both penises. I had an infection in the throat (under medication), today I had some phlegm with little blood. I need a test?
