REGARDING DOUBT CLEARITY RELATED TO HIV

sir,
my last intercourse with a thailand commercial sex worker was on 11.01.2019
i got the following test

HIV1 & 2 ANTIBODIES SCREENING TEST SERUM FROM LAL PATH LABS NEGATIVE
HIV 1 & 2 ANTIBODIES SCREENING TEST SERUM FROM LAL PATH LABS NEGATIVE
HIV 1 & 2 ANTIBODIES AND P24 ANTIGEN TEST FROM LAL PATH LABS 0.14 NON REACTIVE

my question is that can a man take more than 3 MONTHS to produce hiv antibodies
do i need further testing or its sufficient
