I was just wondering is a 3rd Gen Lab test at 10 weeks conclusive

Hi and thanks for your question. A negative test result at 10 weeks is a good indicator of your HIV status, but the official testing guidelines set out by the World Health Organization recommend testing at 84 days after exposure in order to have a conclusive result.
