Hello,
I done a hiv 1/2 test with cmia arhitect abbott at 90 days after last sexual intercourse and the result was 0.06 nonreactive. Also I got negative for hep b and hep c. Is it final? Can I relax now? This is my fourth test and all were negative.

Best regards,

Adrian

Hi Adrian! Thank you for contacting the AIDS Vancouver Helpline.

With regards to testing, we use the BCCDC guidelines that state that HIV tests are conclusive 84 days post-exposure. Therefore, your nonreactive negative result may be considered conclusive. Congratulations!

Sincerely,

Caroline
