Hi Im from india i had sex with a sex worker 3 months ago after that i did a hiv combo test after 60 days and it was negetive later i took a tridot test at 84  days it was also non reactive. i want to ask that are these test conclusive and one more thing that im taking deprisson pills and i took rabies injection few months ago so does these things affect the hiv test or not ?

The window period for the combo test you accessed is between 4-12 weeks, most specialists consider its results conclusive at 6 weeks. Official guidelines recommend re-testing at 12 weeks for completely conclusive results (1). Due to the fact that you accessed the Tridot test 12 weeks post-exposure, you can be completely confident in the accuracy of your negative results. The anti-depressants you are taking and rabies vaccine should not affect the accuracy of your test results.

If you are continuously engaging in high risk activity there are biomedical approaches such as PrEP and PEP that help lower your risk of acquiring HIV. Refer to your physician for further information.

Recommendation: No need for another HIV test with the scenario provided, refer to a healthcare professional for other health related questions.
