two days before after masturbation I pasted my own semen I to my anus and went to poop in public toilet .At that time one guy left from there his urine in the toilet remains in the surface of the toilet water.without flushing I went on poop at that time In my poop little blood was there(it was due to constipation and anal insertion ..insertion I used is banana and my hands only ... also solo masturbation it was )

while I was pooping a few drops of liquid was splashed in my anus (which has blood and my semen too)

so will I get hiv ?

I don't know about HIV status of the guy who left previous to me from the toilet .

Hi and thanks for contacting the Helpline with your question,

In the situation you described there is No Risk of acquiring HIV.

HIV is never transmitted from object to human - only human to human. This is because the virus gets damaged immediately when exposed to the air. HIV needs to go directly from the bloodstream of one person to another without contacting the air first in order for transmission to occur. Any bodily fluid in or on the toilet would not be carrying a transmittable form of the virus. In addition, urine is actually not a bodily fluid that carries the virus.

There is No Risk for you of acquiring HIV from this.

I think it would be a good idea for you to look at our HIV transmission equation to get a better understanding of risk:

HIV TRANSMISSION EQUATION

BODY FLUID
+
ACTIVITY
+
DIRECT ACCESS TO BLOODSTREAM
---------- -------- ----------------------------
• blood (including menstrual) • unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse • vagina
• semen • sharing needles • anus
• pre-cum • mother to child (in specific cases) • urethra in the penis
• rectal secretions • open cuts and sores (in theory)
• vaginal fluids • other mucosal membranes
• breast milk • points of needle injection
As well, the risk assessment chart may be useful to you: Again, thank you for posting and if you have any remaining questions please don't hesitate to post again!
