helllo am suffering from hiv phobia since one year and after all that fears i tested nagative thanks to my allah bt now i turn myself into fear again n my fear is 1 week ago when i was at home i have cut my index finger with small cht which is 4 mm and very liitle blood came from it bt after 5 min i gave money to my plumber from that same finger cut hand and after this my phobia strike on me by saying that maybe that plumber may have cut on his hand and his blood touch my cut plzzzz help am i at risk should i test??? after this situation

To put it simply, no, you are not at risk and do not require testing for this scenario. This is because HIV cannot be transmitted in this way, and the scenario you have described is hypothetical. Firstly, the HIV virus dies when it is exposed to air, so even if the plumber had blood on his hand or on the money, it would not have mattered. In addition, there is no way in this situation for the virus to have entered your bloodstream. Superficial cuts like the one you have described do not give deep enough access to allow for the bloodstream to be entered.
