Hi

last night a girl gave me a breast job (masturbation with her breast) and know HIV status and there was some breast milk coming out, is there any risk of HIV since some drops of the breast milk slip into her cleavage where I have my penis rubbing if milk gets into my urethra or the rubbing penis?

thanks.

Hi there,

Thank you for your inquiry. From what we gather from the question, you were asking about the possibility of HIV transmission in the event that your penis had come into contact with breast milk.

From the information given, this scenario is determined to be No Risk (transmission of HIV is not possible in the given scenario). Although breast milk is considered to be a bodily fluid that carries HIV positive fluid, this is mostly true in cases of mother to child (vertical transmission). Women who do not know they are living with HIV or do not receive antiretroviral therapy are at a significantly higher risk of transmitting HIV from breast milk to their child.

In the scenario you have described above, this is not the case.

In order for HIV transmission to occur, the circumstances of our HIV Transmission Equation must be fulfilled. HIV transmission requires HIV positive bodily fluid (semen, pre-cum, vaginal fluid, breast milk, blood), with direct access to the bloodstream, through a High, Low, or Negligible Risk activity.

HIV transmission is not possible in this scenario due to the lack of direct access to the bloodstream. Further, any HIV positive bodily fluid that has been exposed to the environment undergoes a rapid reduction in HIV concentration. Exposure to environmental surfaces quickly renders HIV inactive, and thus unable to transmit (1).

Please refer to our HIV Transmission Equation below:

Recommendation: No need for HIV testing for the scenario provided. Please refer to a health care provider for any additional health-related questions.

All the best,
