Hello,
A week ago, I had a protected blow job form a hooker. I inserted my penis in her mouth and came twice inside the condom. I would change the condom each time. However, she was licking my balls which were not covered by condom. I had no cuts or wounds on them.
I also deep kissed her for minutes. I did not noticed any blood or wound in her mouth,,or even my mouth.
I sucked her nipples for a while.
what is my risk for HIV? shall I get tested?

Hi there, thanks for contacting us with your HIV related questions and concerns. We're happy to help!

Kissing is No Risk for HIV transmission. This is because saliva doesn't transmit HIV, and the mouth doesn't typically provide access to the bloodstream which is needed for HIV infection.

Receiving oral sex is considered to be Negligible Risk for HIV transmission. This means that although in theory it may be possible to acquire HIV like this, there's never been a confirmed case. Remember, saliva doesn't transmit HIV. Also, the negligible risk refers to unprotected oral sex (no condom) so if you used condoms, that essentially eliminates your risk. Licking the testicles wouldn't increase your risk as it's just intact skin and again saliva doesn't transmit HIV.

So overall your risk is essentially none, so testing wouldn't be warranted for this situation.

I hope this helped! Please refer to avert.org for more HIV transmission information, and smartsexresource.org for more information about how to protect yourself from STIs during sex.

Sincerely,

Christina
