Hello ,
I'm a bit worried since I met this guy who had sex with. I ended doing something a but risky but I have no idea about it. I drank his pee so now I'm concerned about it . I know this guy from several times and he swears me is clean but you never know . Is there any risk of contracting AIDS or others diseases from this Práctise?

Hi there, and thanks for contacting the AIDS Vancouver Helpline for your HIV/AIDS related health information. It seems you're concerned about the possibility of HIV transmitting during an encounter. We're happy to answer that question for you.

There is no risk of HIV being transmitted this way. To understand why, check out our transmission equation:
HIV TRANSMISSION EQUATION

BODY FLUID
+
ACTIVITY
+
DIRECT ACCESS TO BLOODSTREAM
---------- -------- ----------------------------
• blood (including menstrual) • unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse • vagina
• semen • sharing needles • anus
• pre-cum • mother to child (in specific cases) • urethra in the penis
• rectal secretions • open cuts and sores (in theory)
• vaginal fluids • other mucosal membranes
• breast milk • points of needle injection
Urine is not a fluid known to be involved in transfer, as it does not contain HIV. This is the biggest reason this is no risk. Also consider that if some other fluid were to be involved, this activity is not an activity known to be involved in transfer, nor does it provide direct access to the bloodstream. For all these reasons, this is no risk.

Thanks for contacting the AIDS Vancouver Helpline with your question. We hope it has been answered fully.
