Please help very scared !

I'm from India and after a condom slippage incident 4 months ago, I have taken four 4th generartion by ( ELFA method) tests at 4,8,12 and 15 weeks all at the same lab and all negative. Don't know which testing equipment was used the report said Antibodies 0.05 and Antigen not detected. The lab is professional and well reputed.

1. Please tell me if I can consider the tests conclusive or should I change my test to a 3rd generation test or a 4th generation test by (CMIA method ) at a different lab?

2. Is the 4th generartion test by CMIA and ELFA method one and the same?

3. Will a change in test or lab will give me a different result? I have heard sometimes changing the lab or the test gives a different result. Is it true?

   Am  I HIV negative conclusively?
