Hi there,

Thank you for your inquiry. From what we gather from the question, you were asking about the possibility of HIV transmission from vaginal fingering, and receiving a hand job.

From the information given, this scenario is determined to be of Negligible Risk (There is no evidence or no documented cases of transmission. However, there is a theoretical possibility of transmission under certain extenuating circumstances).

While receiving a hand-job does not provide any significant risk in terms of HIV transmitting activities, the act of vaginal fingering does indeed provide a risk. This activity is considered Negligible due to the possibility of active and bleeding cuts on ones fingers. If this was the case, and individuals engage in this activity, there is a theoretical possibility of HIV transmission due a presence of HIV carrying fluid. For clarity, superficial cuts do not provide a theoretical risk.

This, as it appears, does not seem to be the case in your scenario.

Recommendation: There is no evidence or documented cases of transmission. Please refer to a healthcare professional for more personalized answers.

All the best, AIDS Vancouver Online/Helpline, Cody
