I am RUMEL from Bangladesh. I went to a massage parlor in Malaysia in mid April( 14/15.06.2015). She did not touch my penis even, just she massaged my body. At the end I myself masturbated, she gave me a dry towel( as I can remember it was surely dry). And she did an hour masturbation and the towel was on the bed. But the greatest mistake i did was I grabbed my front penis for few seconds for wiping/dry up. So far I can remember I had no open sore or wounds onto my mucus membrane area on my penis. I am uncircumcised. Then I whipped my penis with fresh tissue and washed it with water. Back in Bangladesh an the end of April I stated to feel very weak for 4 or 5 days and found a rash on my upper belly. In next two days those were on my whole belly, chest, back, few on neck, few on palm and thigh and on whole face as well as on head skeleton under hair.Assuming chicken pox within 24 hours I took antiviral tablet, Antibiotic, antihistamine tablet,Napa( a tablet in Bangladesh reducing pain and fever), as well as calamine lotion. It sustained over two/three weeks to dry up completely. I experienced mild fever( up to 2 days) for 2 days at the initial days. In fact, all took the form of crusts and went off . But there I did not experience any itchy characteristics at the initial stages, but later on only few of those had little itching trend. I am extremely worried on this non itching trend as I found in wed sites that only HIV rash is non itching.I been to Dr, and he said chicken pox although he is not expert on HIV, or something like that although he had his education from USA. I told him this fact of my visiting parlor in KL.However, he said it was not HIV rash , but chicken rash. I took a test, and it came negative as it was too early, even if i am am with HIV.

at 3.5.2015 my wife also got weakness and i found two tonsils on her throat having much pain, mild fever, and weakness. She took medication and those went off after 6 days. But neither she nor me have experienced any problem with hunger. We always have hunger with the whole process( means not having a mood of reluctant of food).

We got a little girl baby having 1.6 months who is breastfeeding. She has not found any difference as of now except she does not want to eat which is her common characteristics.

My question is:

1. Is there any possibility to be infected with HIV with the activities I went through?I am completely dead.!!Can not sleep...
2. Can chicken pox be non itching trend ever?
3. Why my wife experience such tonsils within such a certain window period? I am not sure those are tonsils or lymph nodes? Only two of those enlarged gland in two sides of throat, not anywhere in the body as I found.

Please reply me, and help me out.

I am dying.........

Hi there and thank you for contacting the AIDS Vancouver Helpline forum.

It sounds like you're concerned about a sexual experience you had and some symptoms you've been experiencing.

I have good news for you, the sexual experience you had in Malaysia was a no risk activity. In order to acquire HIV a bodily fluid containing HIV needs to have a direct exchange of body fluids. This is not possible during masturbation/handjobs. Check out the chart below for a more detailed view:

---------- -------- ----------------------------
• blood (including menstrual) • unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse • vagina
• semen • sharing needles • anus
• pre-cum • mother to child (in specific cases) • urethra in the penis
• rectal secretions • open cuts and sores (in theory)
• vaginal fluids • other mucosal membranes
• breast milk • points of needle injection

In regards to the symptoms that you and your wife have been experiencing, at AIDS Vancouver we do not go by symptoms as an indicator of HIV. This is because symptoms can be present for any number of reasons that are not related to HIV. My recommendation would be to partner with your doctor in trying to figure out the cause of the symptoms you and your wife have been experiencing and to hopefully find treatment for them as well.

Because the sexual experience you had carries no risk of HIV it is not necessary that you get tested solely based on this experience. However, it is a good idea to get tested to put your mind at ease and to know your HIV status.

[Here is a link]( to some resources in Bangladesh where you should be able to get tested, or you should also be able to arrange a test through your doctor.

For more information on HIV you can always check out the AIDS Vancouver website.

I hope this information has helped to answer your questions and helped with your worries.
