Sir i am 9 weeks elisa test 0.09, and 10 week CMIA 0.20 non reactive, 36 days p24 not detected, but still woried iam go to sex worker iam ware condom but not intercourse she put my penis rubbed her vaginal sleped my condom ? My tests cinclusive pls advice me sir

Hello and thank you for contacting the AIDS Vancouver Helpline.

Testing at 10 weeks after exposure is a good indication that you have not acquired HIV.

However testing guidelines still recommend getting re-tested at 12 weeks for a conclusive result.

Using a condom is a good way to help protect both you and your partner from the transmission of HIV and other sexaully transmitted infections (STIs), so I encourage you to continue to use condoms.
