hello , I am a 25 year old man , I didn't marry and don't have a girlfriend and I'm not a sexually active person , my only exposure is related to some incident 7 months ago as I Was far from my family , I went to a massage parlor for 4 times on Sundays , and in all 4 times I didn't use a condom , during the massage I was naked and was Lying face down so my penis was contracting with a towel which was on the table , and at the end massage she performed a hand job and I enjoyed it , ( stupid act I will never do it again ) and without any vaginal or oral sex and intercorse .
It was my ONLY sex activity during my life .
but On day as I was talking with some of my close friend about massage club , she asked me about the health license ! and I Understand that club hasn't health license and I be so worry since then , my last massage and handjob is 7 months ago and one month ago (6 months after last incident ) I decided to go and got a HIV test and it was negative , but I didn't test for other STI , according what I provided above , and considering that I am not a sexually active person , do I need further test for HIV or any other STI ?
and is there any STI it could transmit from massage and handjob ?
thank you very much , and so sorry because of my long question and poor English .

Hello and thank you for choosing the helpline. Fist I want you to know that you have done nothing wrong, many people use the services of massage parlours for many reasons. There is no reason that you cannot do this again if you enjoyed your self. The situation you have described is of no risk for HIV and the test you had is conclusive and no further testing is required. You are indeed HIV negative.
As to this agency not being licensed, this could be a concern in regards to safety of the building and premises, fire regulations (exits, capacity of the patrons, etc.) and over all cleanliness.
Getting a hand-job is one of the safest sexual acts there is. Based on the information you have provided you are not at risk for any STIs however we at the AIDS Vancouver Helpline always encourage all sexually active persons to regularly test for all Sexually Transmitted Infections, including HIV.
Please do not hesitate to contact the Helpline again, should you have any other questions or are in need of any support.
Yours respectfully,
David
