I have a habit to masterbate in my underwear ...if i have hiv ...& someone wash my underwear with semen on it after 1 day with hand not by washing machine ...what is the chance of spread of hiv through this

There is no risk involved in the activity you have described. This is because HIV cannot live outside the body because it dies when it is exposed to air. Furthermore, whoever was washing your underwear would not have had any access for any present virus to enter their bloodstream. The virus must enter through the urethra in the penis, vagina, anus, open cuts, points of needle injection or mucous membranes. The virus cannot enter through unbroken skin on the hands, for example.
