Hi, I male
What is the risk if I suck a massage parlour breast and fingering vagina. When I suck her breast, her breastmilk came into my mouth and I spit it immediately but I don't sure if any came into my stomach. The HIV status of the massage girl is unknown. Because of anxiety I'm doing 25 HIV test along the 9.3 month period and all result are nonreactive/ negative.
1. Am I free from HIV
2. Is there any chance all my test cannot detect the virus in my blood.
3. Is there any chance the antibodi too slow and maybe appear after 1 or 2 years.
4. I'm I overthinking about HIV and what actually the risk from what I'm done.
5. Is there any case HIV transmitted to adualt from breastmilk.
Pls help me...thanks

Hi there,

Thank you for your inquiry. From what we gather from the question, you are asking about the possibility of HIV transmission from swallowing breastmilk that may have been HIV positive.

In order for transmission to occur, a number of requirements must be met (see below).

unnamed.jpg
HIV transmission requires the presence of HIV positive fluid (such as semen, vaginal fluid, pre-cum, rectal fluid, breastmilk, etc.), coupled with a High, Low, or Negligible Risk activity, that provides the virus with direct access to the bloodstream.

Assuming there was presence of HIV positive fluid (ie. the breastmilk), the activity you described above is considered to be High Risk as there is direct access to the bloodstream. Given the High Risk classification, we would normally recommend consulting a healthcare professional for HIV testing. However, you did the responsible thing by getting tested, and given the multitude of negative test results you've received, your results should be interpreted as negative.

Recommendation: No need for additional HIV testing with the scenario provided, refer to a healthcare professional for other health related questions.
