Hello sir,

Recently I went to massage parlour. I licked and chewed her boobs for 10-15 mins. She also licked my testicles.I didnt do any sex with her. She done a unprotected handjob for me. I went to her 3 times, but she was not lactating. But I don't know some liquid might be gone to my mouth. Is there is a chance that I got affected by HIV.Her colleagues told to me that she is HIV positive. Yesterday I found two ulcers in my mouth.. I am really scared.I had never done intercourse with any girl other than my ex-wife. I lost my sleep for last two days. Please give a reply.

Hi there and thank you for using the AIDS Vancouver Helpline forum,

It sounds like you a distressed about having acquired HIV. You have taken the right step for your health by bringing up questions to us about your risk levels. I hope the following will help alleviate some distress.

So these are the risk levels for acquiring HIV associated with each activity you have mentioned:
1. Licking and chewing breasts: This is a *no risk* activity as long as there is no exchange of body fluids.

2. Unprotected hand job: This is a *no risk* activity and there is no exchange of body fluids.

3. Receiving oral sex: This has a *negligible risk* (in theory it could happen but there has never been a confirmed report of it in BC)

The ulcers are not an indicator that you have acquired HIV. If you are worried you might have acquired HIV the best way to know is by getting tested. It is best not to go by any symptoms of HIV as HIV can mirror other viral infections.

If you live in the BC area and you have further questions please give our helpline a call! Also feel free to visit our website for more information on HIV transmission.

I hope I was able to answer your questions and that you have a better understanding of the risks.

Jasmine
