I had oral sex with an unknown sex partner i just went down on him for like 5 seconds and the clear stuff i think pre cum??? came up from his penis.is there.. a way i could get it or did he have to cumm, sperm? I had a cut in my mouth i think.. that night it was an ulcer i believe in my gums from being sick.

Giving oral sex is considered a low risk activity for HIV transmission. This means that there has only been a few reports of infection from the activities you described. This stands true even if you had a cut in your mouth or if you ingested pre-cum or cum.
The only way to know for sure if you have contracted HIV is to get tested, at least 4 weeks post- exposure. Additionally, retesting at 3 months (84 days) post-exposure is recommended for all HIV tests for completely reliable and conclusive results (provided you haven't engaged in unprotected sex or needle sharing during that time).
