Hi.  First thank you for being such a generous resource.  I see different answers in some responses after reviewing many different answers in your database.  Really want to know a direct answer.  If you need examples I can provide if needed.

1. I see some instances on helpline, that says, "even drinking blood from a cup is NO RISK from HIV".
2. Sucking not licking, sucking, with mouth firmly vacuumed on nipple and taking blood may have negligible risk for hiv.
3. Sucking not licking sucking, with mouth firmly vacuumed on nipple is NO RISK.

I have asked specifically on question 2/3.

Here is my question.

Situation:   I have sucked a women's nipple, I was drunk at the time.  My mouth was latched on her nipple, in other words, the only air that would be present was what was in my mouth as I placed my mouth on her nipple,  (is this like a barrel of a needle then?)

I have no idea whether the women was bleeding out of her nipple.  As I said before, I did go to the dentist, NOT for dental major work, but for normal cleaning.  I did have small cuts  from dentist when they picked tartar, cleaned by gums etc.

I am worried if the women somehow discharged blood into my  mouth from her nipple, with my mouth blocking any new air, then, because of small cuts from dentist earlier in the afternoon, would this provide access to my bloodstream and thus a risk of HIV? Would the limited air in my mouth be enough to kill the HIV in that split seconds?

Is this a LOW, HIGH, NEGLIGIBLE or NO RISK situation and please why with detail?  Do I need testing?
