If a guy had the HIV virus and a woman drinked his sperm and accidentally swallowed it , will she gets the virus too and what if it was a guy you know "gay sex" .
( also what if a brother and a sister had sex but none of them had the HIV virus will they get the virus ) ??! .

Giving a blowjob is considered a Low Risk activity. This means that there is a potential for HIV transmission because it involves an exchange of body fluids. There have been a few reports of infection attributed to activities in this category (usually under certain identifiable conditions).

It is Low Risk because saliva has an enzyme that inhibits the transmission of HIV.

If 2 people who are related have sex (example: brother and sister), and both are HIV negative then there is no virus to be transmitted. The relation between the 2 people is not a risk factor for HIV transmission.
