Hi Aids Vancouver Helpline! Congratulations on easing pleople's fear! You guys are truly professionals!
I wanted to contact you because I want to move forward, but everytime I intend to do so I fail.
I had a very low risky encounter 7 and a half months ago. I only tested for HIV as it was my only concern at the moment. No one seems to know whether some other Stds, such as syphilis or hept.B become indetectable after a peiod of time. I am about to get tested for all STDs (including HIV again) and I am really confused, I'd mean a lot to me if you could clarify it for me!
Thanks

Hello and thanks for reaching out to the AIDS Vancouver Helpline.

It seems you are concerned whether some STIs become undetectable after some time.

At Aids Vancouver we only respond to questions about HIV. We recommend that you get in touch with your doctor or clinic to get specialised information on your question on STI.

Thank you for contacting the AIDS Vancouver Helpline.
