Hello! I had a relationship with a call girl, unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex, and I have already had 6 exams, the last 295 days after the exposure.Can I close the case? I am afraid of reports of late seroconversion.Please help me with advice, I'm really bad about it.

Thank you for your inquiry. From what we gather from your question, you are asking whether your negative test results can be considered conclusive. 

Without knowing the type of test used, I'm unable to give you a detailed response regarding accuracy or window period for testing in this case. Generally speaking, HIV tests are very accurate. For example, most third and fourth generation tests are considered conclusive at 6 weeks, however some guidelines recommend re-testing at 12 weeks for more definitive results (1). Given that you've received multiple negative results over a 9 month period, your results can be considered conclusive and should be interpreted as negative. 

Recommendation: No additional testing necessary.
