Hello, first of all thank you for your kindness and time to answer my question.

I visited a massage parlour few days ago. After I had received the massage on my back and legs, the lady gave me a handjob and I ejeculated in her hands at the end (I do not put a condom on my penis!). While offering me the handjob, the lady licked my nipples, neck and shoulder at the same time for stimulation.

I do not have any other sexual activities with her, may I know that whether I will be infected by HIV, because of the activites stated above (receiving handjob without a condom on and being licked by the girl)? Do you think that I need a HIV test?

I am very stress and nervous now, so please please give me some suggestions so that I can relieve from that.

Thank you very much.

Hi there, thank you for contacting the AIDS Vancouver Helpline for HIV and AIDS related information.

To answer your question, no, you are not at risk for HIV whatsoever! Receiving a handjob and being licked are not activities that put you at risk for HIV. In order for transmission to occur the HIV virus must have direct access to the blood stream, which is not the case in your situation. Also, the only fluid you would have come into contact with would have been saliva, which is not a bodily fluid that carries the HIV virus.

While based on this experience in particular you do not need to be tested for HIV, we do recommend to all sexually active individuals to be tested for all sexually transmitted infections (STI's), including HIV, on a regular basis as part of continued health care maintenance and prevention.

I hope that answers your question and alleviates your anxiety. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us again, or visit [Avert.org](http://www.avert.org/can-you-get-hiv.htm) for additional reliable information regarding transmission.

In health,

Arne, AIDS Vancouver Helpline Volunteer
