"I am a little confused about your post. I would be able to perform a better risk assessment if I had the answer to the following questions: 1) Did you engage in sexual activity with two or three girls? 2) If you engaged with two girls, did you engage solely in the unprotected rubbing of your genitals together (also called "frottage"), or did you also have unprotected insertive penis-vagina intercourse? Unprotected vaginal sex is a high risk activity, while frottage is a low risk activity. Let me further explain the risk levels of each activity by informing you of the necessary conditions for HIV transmission to occur. HIV transmission requires all of the following".

I only did the frottage with one girl it was outside. Like i said in the other post she said she was having discharges but doesn't know if its good or bad. My penis never inserted her Vagina. I've heard that the disease dies if its not in a inclosed place so do you think it died right away? I met with the other girl like 2-3 hourse later. We did have unprotected sex. But only with her she says she does not have HIV or any type of disease.

Hi there and thanks for contacting us again.

Let me address each concern in chronological order:
* Frottage is a no risk activity.
* If your penis did not enter her vagina, the discharge would be immaterial.
* You are correct that HIV dies once it is exposed to air.
* Having unprotected intercourse is a very high risk activity. I would encourage you be tested as you can't be sure her word is reliable. Also, I would encourage you to be tested for Sexually Transmitted Infections as they are much stronger than HIV and spread much easier.

I trust I have addressed your concerns however, should further information be required, feel free to contact us again.

Jonathan,

AIDS Vancouver Helpline Volunteer
