I was playing with a women, I touched and fingered her vagina. I did not have any wounds on my hands. after a couple of minutes i touched my penis.

does that put me at risk if the woman was HIV positive?

Fingering is considered a Negligible Risk activity. This means that fingering presents a potential for HIV transmission because it does involve the exchange of body fluids. However, there has never been a confirmed report.

Why is your situation considered "Negligible Risk?

* HIV needs a human host to survive. Once HIV is outside of the body and exposed to oxygen it can no longer transmit. Therefore, any fluids contains HIV on your hands when you touched you penis were not able to transmit HIV to you.

* HIV needs direct access to the bloodstream. In the situation that you have described there was no direct access to the bloodstream.
