Hi.. you have a very informative site.

Last Thursday Feb. 23,2011 i went to a massage parlor. I had a back massage. The masseuse massage me with oil using her forearm and her BUTT... I have back acne. Later she gave me a mammary fuck (titifuck) and hand job me.

here are my questions?

1. Is hand job and titifuck can cause HIV?
2. Is the massage risky, because i have acne?
3. She has no cut, sores, am i prone to other STD's?

I got checked for hiv and other std before this happen and I was negative... (I followed the window period)

Am I safe?

Thank you in advance...

Hello and thank you for using AIDS Vancouver as your source of HIV/AIDS related information.
I will do my best to answer your questions.
1. Hand jobs and sexual activities involving the breasts present no risk of HIV. In order for HIV transmission to occur, you need 3 things: HIV+ fluids (such as vaginal fluid), an activity (unprotected vaginal/anal intercourse for example) and direct access to the bloodstream (through the urethra of the penis, anus, or other mucosal membranes). Your masseuse would have no way of transferring HIV+ fluids to you (if she was even HIV+ in the first place), and even if there was fluids present, HIV cannot survive outside the body for more than a few minutes.
2. Getting a massage (even with back acne) also presents no risk of HIV transmission. There is no way for HIV+ fluid to be transmitted into your bloodstream. Back acne does not provide an adequate route of transmission.
3. STIs are typically transferred through unprotected anal, vaginal and oral sex, or direct contact with STI-related sores. The activities you described do not seem to pose a risk for STIs, however, it is recommended that you get tested regularly for STIs when you are sexually active. It is great to hear that you have been tested before for HIV and other STIs.
I hope you find this information helpful, and if you have any other questions and/or concerns, please feel free to call or email us.
Take care,
Stephanie
