After having my neck kissed and sucked by someone who has little beard, I discovered there was a small red line on my neck (scratch), without any visible blooding.

I'm worried about it since :

I don't know the status of the person (the person said having no std, but only the test confirms)
I don't know if the person have blood in mouth for any possible reason
I'm not sure if it was a bite , suck or caused by the beard (hard beard)

I have lot of scenarios in my head, and that stresses me, and doing a test is more stressful for me.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. From what we gather from the question, you were asking about acquiring a scratch on your neck possibly from a bite and whether or not it puts you at a risk for acquiring the virus.
From the information given, this scenario is determined to be of No Risk(transmission of HIV is not possible in the given scenario).

The above scenario does not satisfy the transmission equation as it does not involve any exchange of bodily fluids, there is no evidence of a high-risk activity and there is no direct access to the bloodstream.

Recommendation: No need for HIV test with the scenario provided, refer to a physician for other health-related questions.

Regards,
AIDS Vancouver Helpline/Online, (Vardah)
