It seems you're wondering about the chance that you might've acquired HIV from a substance used during an HIV test. There is no risk of HIV being transferred, no matter that was used in your test. The reason for this is that HIV is rendered intransmissible as soon as it is exposed to the air. If there were somehow some virus in the fluid used for your test, it would not be capable of transmitting to you.
