Hello doctor ,
i had done hiv duo combo test on 13th day,27th day ,48th day and 103rd day on a same lab .All the results are non reactive .whether my tests are conclusive or i need to test again after 6months ...pls tell ?

Hello there,

Thank you for your inquiry. From what we can gather from the question, you were asking about whether your tests were conclusive after 3 months of P24 antigenic testing. Official HIV testing guidelines recommend to repeat the testing 12 weeks after exposure, and initial testing. Given that you have done the test on the 103rd day which is more than the twelve weeks period and the test results were negative, you are not required to undergo further testing (1).

Recommendation: No need for further HIV testing, please refer to a physician for other health related questions.
